More New York

Before we headed to Boston we had a few days left in New York so we started to go through our list of wedding presents. It was way to cold to have a picnic in Central Park so we upgraded to Afternoon Tea at the Lowell. We did manage to do our carriage ride through the park though.

Howard, Iain and I also went out to Yankee Stadium. They are knocking it down this year so we got to see the new one as well as the old one. We got tour around the grounds which was pretty interesting despite none of us knowing anything about baseball!!!On our last full day in the Big Apple we had lunch in Katz diner which had been recommended by a few locals and followed this by sunset at the Empire State Building which gave us some magical final shots of the city.
